Q1: What kind of photos should I provide? Does it affect the final result?
A: Absolutely! A clear photo is the key to a perfect likeness! Please provide 1-3 front-facing, well-lit, recent photos without hats or sunglasses. Avoid heavy filters or beauty modes—this helps our artists capture your unique expression and smile perfectly. Funny faces are especially welcome!
Q2: What poses or props can I choose? My idea is wild!
A: Your creativity is our inspiration! You can pick from our classic designs (like Fishing or F1 Racing) or let your imagination run wild—holding a pet, wielding a specific prop, or striking a signature pose. Just describe your idea in detail or upload reference images in the "Special Instructions" box at checkout. Our artists will work with you to make your awesome idea come to life!
Q3: Are the bobbleheads truly handmade? What about the size and material?
A: Yes, each bobblehead is individually hand-sculpted and painted in our studio, never mass-produced. We use high-quality, non-toxic polymer clay. The standard height is about 6-8 inches (15-20 cm). After kiln-firing, it becomes a durable, unique piece of art meant to last for years.

Q4: How long does the entire customization process take?
A: Our standard production time is about 12 business days (excluding international shipping). This ensures quality at every stage: artist creation & communication (5-7 days), kiln-firing & setting (2 days), quality check & packing (1-2 days). Please contact us immediately after ordering if you need rush service.
Q5: Can I see the progress or make changes during production?
A: Definitely! This is the heart of "collaborative customization." Once the sculpting draft is ready, we will email you a preview for approval. This is your golden window to request tweaks (like adjusting hairstyle or expression). Once you approve and we proceed to kiln-firing, no further changes can be made.
Q6: Why don't you accept returns for custom pieces?
A: Because what we create is not a stock item, but a one-of-a-kind portrait made uniquely for you. It cannot be resold. We take full responsibility for any shipping damage or significant deviation from the agreed design (see our policies). Rest assured, you have full control before approving the final preview.

Q7: What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
A:Â Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on destination and weight at checkout. We offer:

Q8: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: This is very rare (thanks to our triple-layer foam packaging!), but if it happens, please within 48 hours of delivery, take clear photos of the shipping box, the internal packaging, and the damaged part of the bobblehead. Email them to us via the Contact page. We will remake and ship a new one to you for free.
Q9: Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
A: For international orders, your country may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot control or predict these fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimates before ordering.
