We handcraft your joy in our studio and take great care in delivering it safely to your doorstep, anywhere in the world.

1. Shipping Regions & Delivery Times

We are excited to ship our handmade bobbleheads globally! Please see the estimated delivery timelines below. Please note: These timeframes are estimates and do not include our standard 12-business-day production period.

Standard Shipping Rest of World (Asia, South America, etc.) 15 - 30 Business Days Time varies by destination country's postal service.
Expedited Shipping Available for select countries 5 - 10 Business Days Premium services like DHL or FedEx. Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Please place your order early, especially for holidays or special occasions, to ensure ample time for both crafting and delivery.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Destination Country

  • Package Weight & Dimensions

  • Selected Shipping Service

Good News! We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 shipped to the contiguous United States.

3. Order Tracking

Once your custom bobblehead is crafted, fired, and has passed our quality check, we will carefully package it and ship it out. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey to you.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • Important: For all international orders (shipments outside of the United States), the recipient is solely responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes (like VAT or GST), and customs clearance fees.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to Bobble & Clay. We cannot control these fees, and their amount varies greatly by country.

  • We are required by law to declare the full value of the item on the customs form. We cannot mark shipments as “gifts” or with a lower value.

  • Our Recommendation: If you are unsure, we encourage you to contact your local customs office before ordering to estimate potential additional costs.

5. Our Studio’s Promise: Secure & Protective Packaging

We treat every bobblehead as a fragile work of art. To ensure it arrives safely, each piece receives our signature 3-Layer Protection:

  1. Fitted Foam Cradle: The bobblehead is secured in a custom-cut foam mold, preventing any movement.

  2. Inner Gift Box: The foam is placed inside a sturdy, branded gift box.

  3. Outer Shipping Box: The gift box is sealed within a durable, corrugated cardboard shipping box.

This meticulous process is why our damage-in-transit rate is exceptionally low (under 0.5%).
